Experienced Rwandan finance and governance professional with over 18 years of expertise across public and private sectors in East and Central Africa. Specializes in corporate governance, strategic planning, financial management, and large-scale project coordination. Has held senior leadership roles including Chief Finance Officer, General Manager, and Director. Has also served on the boards of major institutions such as Cogebank Plc and Prime Insurance. Holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of London (SOAS).

Highly experienced banking and financial services professional with over 25 years of leadership across major institutions in Rwanda, including Bank of Kigali and Ecobank. Specializes in retail banking operations, credit management, SME financing, and strategic business development. Has held senior roles such as Head of Retail Branch Network & Operations, Corporate Banking Manager, and Branch Manager. Holds a Master's Degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University.
